I understand that I may be asked to show my passport for verification of nationality, according to the regulations of the AWCP filed with the Philippine government.*

I do hereby grant AWCP the right to use my photograph or image if taken while I attend any of the AWCP activities or gatherings for the use in club specific social media postings, advertising, or similar. My name will not be included in any photograph or image without my consent.*
